Our Uppingham Community College cohort spent four days at Arnold Wills & Co Ltd doing something completely different. Fifteen 15-year-olds arrived Monday morning—most had never heard of the company despite it being 500 metres from their school. By Thursday afternoon, they were confidently networking with business professionals and presenting marketing campaigns to stakeholders.
The difference? They weren’t observing work. They were doing it.
